Where can I find affordable insurance for sickle cell, full time student?
If possible, in the Washington DC metro area. School is really expensive and it's very difficult to afford all these costly insurance while at the same time paying for school and living expenses.
Your school should offer a way to get health insurance. I did my undergrad in NY and they required health insurance for fulltime students (I think it was 800 a year for students that didn't have other health insurance). Check with your financial aid department or your health department for options.
